And they used to own 49% of Mazda. All of Jaguar and Land Rover. All of Volvo. Lost money basically on them all. Long term they are shrinking to just a few markets. The President is a fink. |

Yes. but they are up about $12 billion in Rivian At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent. |

Which they really cannot cash out. Rivian has yet to sell one car, correct? The President is a fink. |

They have sold vehicles, they just haven't produced any. Amazon has already ordered 100,000 vans from them. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent. |

So they have not sold one. Orders are not sales. Tucker had thousands of orders, only made 49 cars. I really just do not get these insane valuations for EV makers. EDIT: Wrote some $20.50 options. $0.23 for 4.5 days. I love covered calls! The President is a fink. |

I don't think there is a single person that understands these values. They are just speculative and have nothing to do with reality. I believe Rivian is now the second highest valued auto manufacturer behind Tesla. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent. |

And that is my problem with them. I lived thru the dotcom crash and The Big Short. Now we are in the EV bubble. People think because it is electric cars then valuations do not matter. But I will not bet against a cult. TSLA just keeps getting more and more insane. I will stick to my covered calls. SNDL is moving again to the point I can make a couple three hundred bucks a week off it. Just made a couple little scores. The rush on doing this is insane. The President is a fink. |

Unless your broker got you in on the IPO, the stock opened at $106 and traded as low as $95 that day. That was as low as anyone not allocated IPO shares could have bought the stock.
