You didn't happen to ride out with a new truck

I sure hope Ford does a better job these days building trucks that are not the easiest on the planet to steal.

My '01 F-250 4X4 has been stolen and recovered TWICE in one year; first time they used it as a getaway rig, then cut the cat and dumped it; second time just a joy ride.

Both times thieves easily broke in and started it without much problem; hello, design defect.

Since then I had a cage welded around the cat, put in Jimmi Jammers to prevent thieves from accessing the lock rods, and had an alarm professionally installed.

.

Got locked out of my F150 once
I was shocked how fast a locksmith got in
Slid a plastic bag at a weak point of the door
Pump air so it lifts the plastic
Easily slide a rod in to raise the door latch

…a F150 produced in less then a minute

This seems to be an incorrect statement. They have an F-150 come off the line about every 53 seconds when all is going well, but it takes (according to an article I found) about 20 hours to go through the whole line from start to finish.

Imagine how fast the line would have to be to assemble one in less than a minute!

Looks great. I haven't been to Toledo in 30 years.

Pretty neat town
The National Great Lakes museum is outstanding
Besides the impressive museum itself, you get to board one of the largest cargo ships when it was built in 1911. It's so so so long.
