Having the Hungarian hotdog at Tony Packo's in Toledo
Good enough for Klinger, good enough for me

Looks great. I haven't been to Toledo in 30 years.

Pretty neat town
The National Great Lakes museum is outstanding
Besides the impressive museum itself, you get to board one of the largest cargo ships when it was built in 1911. It's so so so long.
Col James M Schoonmaker
I love ship museums

I grew up in a little city called Lorain in Ohio. They built ships there for the great lakes. I have toured many of them and have a vague mempryy of the Roger Blough being built and then it caught on fire in the shipyard in Lorain.
At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent.

The Roger Blough was one of the search ships used looking for the Edmund Fitzgerald.

I was fascinated to learn that many ships, and many of these were huge ships, have gone down never to be seen ever again
Disappeared
Many have been searched for and never found
These are huge ships
Amazing

I am not familiar with that ship. Is that an iron ore carrier?

That's my assumption since that was the number 1 cargo on the lakes. There is a pic of the deck filled with cars. Probably multi purpose

I guess that would make sense if it does the Detroit route too.

That's a big ship built in the 1970s
A lot longer 858 feet then the Schoonmaker at 617 feet
Schoonmaker built in 1911 and was the largest cargo ship built at that time.
