Pelosi won't rule out new impeachment to delay SCOTUS vote if Biden wins

Good! It’s about time the Dems grew some balls and start playing as dirty as the GOP does....

If they do ram a nomination through, hopefully Dems will take the Senate and Presidency and by the end of 2021 the SC will have 13 justices. 😎

It has been reported by 4 unnamed sources that RBG actually died in May. They were trying to keep it quiet until after the election.

Ive talked to fans. They truly believe he is alive and hiding out
I kid you not
After I spoke to this fan, searched the internet. Tons of Michael Jackson fans are convinced he is still alive

Quite possible but it is also likely that Elvis has eaten him by now.
At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent.

The belief that a beloved individual is still alive after their death goes back through human history. In particular if they die young
/Age at death
Michael Jackson / 50 years
Elvis Presley / 42 years

There is no reason that should change in the modern age.

I think POTUS Trump will nominate Barbara Lagoa (she is Cuban and conservative and this Senate approved her with approximately 80% of the votes for the Circuit Court)

You may be right Ace
Either one gets voted through despite all the Dems grasping at straws to prevent the inevitable.
Elections have consequences and the power for SCOTUS confirmation lies with the Senate.
We had 35 Senatorial Seats up for election in 2018.
Dems lost two seats net resulting in current make up 53-47. It was 51-49 before 2018 election.
Sorry Dems, you lost at the voting booth in 2018 when it comes to the Senate.
"Do the right thing", lol, you mean having this Senate do the job they were elected to do 22 months ago?
Oh the horror!!!
LMAO

The funniest part is the liberals crying about all this when we all know if they had power they would ram a justice thru as fast as possible.

Just a clarification on the "Biden Rule"

The "Biden Rule" became customary when the POTUS and party controlling the Senate were DIFFERENT parties -- when they were the same party, no such "Rule" existed
