No. I just want them to announce a full plan for what information they will collect, how they will maintain the privacy of the information, and how they will use the information. The information they are asking for exceeds what the IRS gets now.

Transparency. You don't get that by telling people that you aren't going to be spying when you are...you can call it something else but be honest about the plan. Before the put together a $3.5 Billion plan, they should explain it to the American people and not expect the media to sell it for them.
