Wrong thread
Biden not responsible
Should be in the news thread or the virus thread

The virus is giving the country a real kick in the nuts. The more unvaccinated we have, the harder the kick

The President claims credit for anything good in the economy.

The President then opens himself to being blamed for everything bad in the economy.

He doesn't get to claim the credit for good stuff and disavow the bad stuff.

Like it or not, it is Biden's economy. He can't just stand there and claim the awesomeness of the recovery from the horrible impact of Covid in 2020 and be absolved of the bad signs.

Own it. If it turns out that inflation subsides and things that are bad get better, you can bet your RV that he will be claiming credit.

That's politics and this is about a politician.

Could you provide a source for your figures?

Those figures were all over the place in the news.

He does answer a question or two fairly often but he hardly ever answers more than one or two questions at any point.

The one thing he looks better at by the numbers provided is one where he really does not do a whole lot.

He is, for all practical purposes, still in the basement. His handlers keep tight control of him.

It is the least transparent administration in recent history.

I think the complaint is they want to just fire questions at him on questions where they don't like the answers he's already given hoping more people will join them in fretting over whatever he said.

I can't think of anything I have to absolutely know that he's supposedly keeping from us.

Actual withholding information like the logs you mentioned, or like promised tax returns, or blocking investigations, THAT'S WITHHOLDING OR INTERFERING WITH INFORMATION.

But i won't mention what's his name, because it upsets ron.
You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really?

Like it or not, it is Biden's economy.

So absurd
He's only been President for a year
Presidents have little effect on the market
Especially a year old administration
The economy is not a small domestic issue
Its a huge international system that the US is a part of.
I'm a huge investor in TSM
Everybody is their customer for computer chips
Just raised prices. No doubt that's Biden's fault. Sarcasm.
What effects the economy is worldwide events such as a worldwide virus
The economy does not react to a single person that occupied the oval office just one measly year

Sadly my buzzer remote wasn't working so they gave me a separate wireless remote like you would have at home. I turn over a lot when laying down and with all the wires and three separate IV's my bed becomes a tangled mess. The remote was located on Day 5 when I was allowed to get out of bed.

What's got you in there? How does your prognosis look?

.When the market goes up, you cheer him on.

When the market falls, you say it is not his issue.

He has caused some of the economic woes by not being on top of things, but you won't ever admit that. There are things he could have done to help things.

You just say he is a nice guy who is better than the last guy.

You have a really high bar fro those you elect....

.

I do that to get under the skin of righties
Bottom line
The market does its own thing regardless who is President
Worldwide economic forces have more to do with the US market then some solitary individual in an oval office.
The government needs to stay out of the market
Let the free market do its thing
What meddling do you want Biden to do
I don't want him to do jack. Just stand by for a crisis

Just stand by for a crisis

There is a crisis--Covid--and he has done horrible at handling it. By his own words, he should resign for allowing so many deaths under his watch. He said Trump should have done so; why is he not a man who holds himself to the same standard?

He screwed up the Afghanistan withdrawal and turned into more of a goat rope than it should have been. He could have changed the plan if Trump's plan was not good enough.

He has opened the border to try and bring in future voters but also allowing tons of drugs and human smuggling by the drug cartels. Only idiots want wide open borders without control of what is coming into our country.

He could do SOME things about things that are out there.

He could work on that unity thing.

He won't do anything. The puppet masters won't let him. He is an empty shell...or worse yet...he is really doing these things on his own...
