The year Covid shut the world down and no one spent anything? Shocking.

The year before that, it was 1.81%. A 26% drop over the previous year. And that was one year after the Trump tax cuts went into effect.

No, we can't ignore the stagnant economy. It this wasn't a stagnant economy, the rate of inflation would be higher.

Are you one of those crazed righties who thinks the economy is worse now that it was during the Great Recession of 08? 😂

No, but it is worse that it was during the Trump years. Some of it due to Covid. Some of it due to Biden's economic and energy policies.

I watch CNBC a lot
What I love is that they interview a lot of CEO's
They are all talking about covid and its effects on their business and how they are coping and recovering and taking advantage.
None are blaming Biden or the administration.
Biden never enters the conversation
Its the independent Fed or the virus thats discussed
Telling on what really effects the market and its not on single solitary individual sitting in a office with an oval shape.
Regardless
Keep it up Joe lol

Me, I'm just looking at what happens and what the public votes on.

Biden's approval rating likely won't go up with the market. But it will go down with more increased inflation. Or at least not go up.

Are you seriously thinking that they look for CEOs that would be critical of President Biden?

C'mon, man...you are smarter than that...

ALL of the "news" on 24/7 channels is selectively chosen to support one side or the other. They may throw some tokens in as "experts" but they are pretty careful not to have other guests that go too far out of the pre-chosen lane.

I watched several hours of MSNBC the other day. I never heard anything opposing the line they were pushing.

Yes, I know Fox is the same in following the agenda.

That is why I read...and people around the country aren't nearly as giddy about Biden as you are.

Inflation up.

Still months away from Fat Lady singing. At some point, I may have to go Terapined route and register as Republican not to save Democrats, but to influence any selection of incoming Republicans.

That's what I did in 2012. I voted for Santorum in the primary because I wanted to give Obama the easiest opponent possible.
