The key word there is appearance. A Trans-Woman is not a woman despite his attempts to look like one.
Use the men's restroom or a single stall uni-sex restroom if available. Or whip out your Johnson before you head out in public.
See there are all kinds of solutions besides a Man that thinks he is a Woman using the women's restroom with actual vagina owners.
Or frankly, if you have chopped off your Johnson, just make a catheter part of your daily routine.
With all the surgical complications, you're probably not far away from requiring one anyway.

I had a friend who grew up in Japan. He had a Japanese stepmother but was American. Got used to mixed bathing. Got over here, unthinkable.

Actually, I read they discontinued it in Toyko not because the Japanese were uncomfortable but the way the stupid foreigners were reacting to it. Kinda like the Muslim who think American women, even conservatively dressed must be whores compared to women all covered.

Even conservative women of today would be shamed in an old Puritan society in America.

Title 9 had to be shoved down Universities throats
It's an issue that is very very rare and should be handled on a case by case basis leaning towards inclusion

I think you are confused as to when there is concern. It certainly isn't in the Men's Restroom.
I could care less if some "Trans-Man" backs up to the urinal and squats her way to relief.

I agree that professional Women's sports are a tough commodity to sell to American consumers.
This is more of an issue in High School & College Sports.
I agree It definitely should be decided case by case.
In each case, you perform a DNA test and you are eligible to play against like DNA individuals.
