Nazi Germany can be considered a mix. In the west the plan was never to move Germans in for the most part. France would have been a puppet and Great Britain was to be a junior partner of sorts. Keeping her colonies but running most of overseas for Germany.

The east was to be outright expansionism. Locals not outright exterminated were to be rounded up on reservations in a sort of return of serfdom until they died out. I would call neither a "colony."
