After 5 years, the two halves of the US would be compared. One with the old way, and one with the new. Caveat - The US wouldn't be strictly split, East vs West or North vs South, but apportioned to make similar demographics/economics/industry as even as possible rather than just land mass split. You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really? |

I like this concept! It is what we do in medicine. Half get the new drug. Half the old. Whoever lives, wins. |

Speeding enforcement, cell phone utilization, youth offender boot camps, Dare programs, asset forfeiture programs all create crime. |

So what did medicine do for them by lowering cholesterol when they die of suicide, assaultive behavior and "vulnerable" plaque which became vulnerable becaue of the drug. |

Computer keyboards from the start were copies of the typewriter QWERTY keyboard with some additional keys (the F keys on top, CTRL, ALT, ESC, etc.) That's why they have the number row on top. The other exception is the computer keyboard has "1" on top, as most typewriters lacked it (you were supposed to use lower-case "l" instead.)
That's the keypad copied from calculators. The early home PCs (Apple, Tandy, Commodore and so on) didn't have one. I used to input massive amounts of accounting info, which requires tons of numbers, using the damned top row of numbers on an Apple ][e. These days one could easily remove the top numbers row and add symbols, emoji or something more useful, though many laptops lack a keypad. Donald Trump is a one-term LOSER |
