Just more dumb made up crap by Trumpies.

Quote:
The founder of Gays Against Groomers, Jaimee Michell, and her partners are former ultra-MAGA Trump followers who spread anti-transgender propaganda with QAnon conspiracy theories and links to extremist militias, according to a Media Matters for America investigation published last week.

I watched a few detransitioning videos yesterday.

Then also watched a few MSM programs showing the other side.

I then searched for "detransitioning" on the internet and then drilled down to videos to see quantity.

The quantity results were shocking to me.

An embedded video in the following Tweet contains one testimony:

Prisha Mosley testified before the South Carolina Senate about her devastating experience with 'gender affirming care' and the pain she suffers with because of her medicalized transition, which began as a minor.

I've allowed tracking on my browser for a long time now. I may have to turn it off. I don't think I can take any more suggestions of the quality of, "Why you should put a carrot behind your wall." suggestions.

Many have tried to duplicate the formula for coca cola unsuccessfully. Pepsi comes the closest and Howard Johnson's had a horrible version of it, just for the record, but many others failed too with their colas. It turns out they had no chance of getting it right because only the originator was allowed to import a key ingredient, cocaine leaves, and it seems to me everyone else was told those are not used anymore. But they are ... they have to get the leaves “decocainized” these days, which when once done still impart the unique flavor. The article, based on a book that came out, would seem to indicate Pepsi has not used them.

True crime TV shows and stories have become tremendously popular.

Some fans go overboard imagining they are Detectives and develop fantastic theories which are passed around online.

They end up slandering innocent people.

Welcome to the modern world.

April Fool’s has a somewhat obscure origin. No one is really sure how it started.

Quote:
April 1, 1856, London residents received an official-looking invitation printed on Tower of London stationery and bearing a crimson wax seal. Signed “Herbert de Grassen,” supposedly a “senior warden” at the popular tourist attraction and prison, the leaflet offered admission to “view the annual ceremony of washing the lions” on April 1. Such an event could have indeed taken place two decades earlier, but the Tower’s famous menagerie—which for 600 years featured bears, leopards, lions and other dangerous beasts—had closed in 1835. Nevertheless, a certain number of would-be spectators showed up for the display, only to learn they’d fallen prey to an April Fools’ hoax.

1957: Spaghetti grows on trees

On April 1, 1957, the BBC aired a segment in which a Swiss farming family harvested long strands of pasta from their spaghetti trees. In England at that time, Spaghetti was still an exotic delicacy with mysterious origins, so many viewers bought the report hook, line and sinker. Some even called in to ask how to grow spaghetti trees of their own. The BBC reportedly suggested, “Place a sprig of spaghetti in a tin of tomato sauce and hope for the best.

I wonder if anyone showed up thinking they could personally go in and “wash a lion.”

Interesting article about dying. Some things are common, but unsurprisingly not everyone wants the same cliched idea of activities prior to death. Some people want a party going on, not just fading away in silence, and so forth.
