Nokia is either developing or thinking about developing a low-end smart phone using Android.

It makes sense, but my first thought was "Does your mommy know you're doing this??"

It seems Mommy has nothing to worry about. Some leaks reveal the OS to be Andoird, yes, but the interface will look and feel like Windows Phone 8.

<Yawn>

I just can't get excited about phones. Experience with the Nexus tells me 7" is the absolute minimum screen size I can deal with. About the onlya dvantage I see in owning a modern smart phone (as opposed to the prehistoric c.2009 brick I'm stuck with) is that it can 1) be used for taking pictures and 2) it can play audio books, in a more convenient fashin than a tablet.
