I'm sorry if I've been rude. I get all worked up around this time of day when I watch my trump gets the last laugh videos on Utube. It just gets better and better and I can't help myself..... ooopps politics again.... sorry. .

My posts on this thread have generally been related to making lower grades of meat more tender or more tasty. I've posted on capturing grease that would otherwise be lost in cooking. I've posted on various recipes and ingredients that were unfamiliar to me. I've offered suggestions since at heart I'm quite generous, albeit broke. An insult to food everywhere?

Baked onion skins with olive oil, butter, pepper. (Forgot the salt and didn't have any rosemary). Great stuff.
Need a drink with it though and at six miles, that is a real long lug.

Boneless Sirloin Steak tonight.

But I am using the same pan as I used for baking the Onion Skins with its olive oil, butter, salt and pepper.

Good news. Gonna have some flavor with my shoe leather tonight. Particularly hints of burnt onion skin flavor.
I'm already excited about it but won't be eating dinner for several hours.
Its just that I happened to remember to take it out of the freezer. Usually I forget.

What did you think? It will be rare, unless I forget to turn the oven off, but it will be cooked, not raw.
I ain't no cannibal or steak tartre afficiado.

Never heard of it, but my diet will soon be changing: there was this big discount sign on oatmeal at the supermarket and I spent too much in savings. Forgot I didn't like oatmeal too.
