There is a time travel device in Deadpool 2. During the end credits, Deadpool gets ahold of it and travels back to the scene you've embedded from Wolverine and murders that original version of Deadpool by repeatedly shooting him. Hugh Jackman's Wolverine is just staring at him in disbelief and Deadpool tells him he's "cleaning up the timeline."

Then we cut to Ryan Reynolds (the actor, not in Deadpool makeup) in a fancy office looking at a script and saying, "This is it, your big break." Cut to an over-the-shoulder shot and we see he's holding the script to Green Lantern. Deadpool appears behind him, we hear a gunshot, and see blood spatter all over the script.

That spoiler will appeal to kids who love the franchise and think it's innovative, or annoy movie-philes who think it's lazy writing to break the fourth wall.

Most stuff I end up seeing later on cable.

Actually , they are playing the original Deadpool on cable. I did appreciate one particular fourth wall break

Blind Al: Looks aren't everything.
Deadpool: Looks ARE everything! Ever heard Dave Beckham speak? It's like he mouth-sexed a can of helium.
You think Ryan Reynolds got this far on a superior acting method?

Foreign audiences are eating it up
$420 million from foreign theaters for first Deadpool, and it wasn't shown in China
$175 million from foreign theaters for second Deadpool in only 3 days

I don't remember if it was this thread, but some of you thought I would like the movie True Lies. I could take only about 20 minutes and had to stop. It was too painful. Whoever thought I would like it apparently doesn't know me very well. I wish I could get that 20 minutes of my life back.

Well, Tia Carrere is something to look at, but that wasn't enough to save the movie.

didn't you like it.

I thought "True Lies" was one of Arnold's action comedy that really worked pretty well. Tom Arnold was also good match up. But I don't remember much about the first 20 minutes. Maybe it only got good at 21 minutes.

Im one who thought you would like it. Definitely had to give it more than 20 minutes, though. It starts out with a Bond-like action sequence that turns out to be an elaborate joke on itself, but you don't know that until quite a bit later.

I've seen True Lies a million times on cable, but I can't for the life of me remember what happens in the first 20 minutes.

I am trying to think of movies that are unwatchable. Not just mediocre, but truly unwatchable. True Lies was the third most popular films of 1994 behind Forrest Gump and The Lion King. Normally films that were that popular are at least entertaining enough that you can usually watch them all the way to the end.

Some of the few popular films that are completely unwatchable were the Twilight Movies IMHO.

Out of the most popular 100 films I have never seen "Black Panther" and "Avengers: Infinity War" because they are new, but the only one I have never watched was "The Passion of the Christ". It just has no appeal to me.

I did just see "Jurassic World" which I found sterile compared to the other Jurassic Park films. But it wasn't bad enough that I had to turn it off.

How about you watch it once and that was enough and wont ever watch it again
The Deer Hunter does it for me with the Russian Roulette scenes. Once was enough for me
