You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really?

I've seen this video in the sidebar for quite awhile, but never watched it until today. Looks pretty good with almost 60 hours of unseen Beatles footage. You get some good preview of that in the video.

Rotten Tomatoes has lost any cred
it once had. When the critics
privately screened the new Wonder
Woman movie they gave it 90%
on RT. When it hit the theaters and
people left with their noses pinched
closed at how badly it stinks, the
RT average went down to 60%. Turns
out the movie is 2 1/2 hours of
boring nonsense that nobody wants
to sit thru.

I thought the first WW stank, way too long
and way too silly. I'm sorry, 115 pound
skinny women look ridiculous doing
he-man superhero stuff. Looks totally
fake and impossible, which of course
it is.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

I watched Mystic Pizza (1988) on Netflix.

Mystic, CT is portrayed as a working class fishing town in the movie. I looked for real estate listings and couldn’t find a single family home under $750k.

Mystic is a beautiful city. I stayed there a lot when working at Foxwoods. You can find homes not too far away that are more reasonable. A lot of the homes in the city are owned as second houses by New York City folks and celebrities.
At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent.

Did you ever visit Mystic Pizza?

I’m pretty sure it’s still there. I would almost make a trip just to visit the pizza shop.

The movie was ok. I’m not sure I’d recommend it unless someone was an enthusiast of 80’s movies or the town of Mystic.

Of course I went to Mystic pizza a few times. I spent a few months in that area in the1990's.

Was the pizza anything special?

My fiancé has been there and said it was just normal NY style pizza.

In the movie, the sauce had a secret spice.

I don't remember it being anything special. Even in the 1990's it just seemed like a place living off of its movie recognition.

Usually even bad movies try to put the best stuff in the trailer to try to get the audience's interested even if it's a flop, but if the Godzilla vs King Kong trailer is the best stuff I sure didn't find it all that interesting. FX alone just isn't enough.
