Do we live in a society where it takes a court order to get socially responsible behavior? Most tenants are lucky to get a three day or ten day notice and that NY guy wanted three months. |

He is in upstate NY. I think part of the issue is when someone does not have a lease but just lives with you. A major reason why men need to be very careful about a live-in gf in those places. When it is their own name on the lease I would wager it is easier to boot them. I could be wrong, but just what I've seen. The President is a fink. |
