I too could be wrong about believing in the Big Bang, it is the best science can offer right now. It is you who seem to go against science and can't admit you might be wrong about God.

I will say as a believer that is a subject I do struggle with. There are arguments on both sides of the "If God has such good taste then why did he create bow ties" controversy.

Exactly, to what? Answer: we don't know.

And no matter how stridently you demand an answer, we still don't know.

Also, no matter what answer you like, we still don't know.

Also, no matter what ideas you hold, we still don't know.

You don't seem to get the observation part of science. Eventually something has to be observed, be it the original phenomenon or its consequences. A logical argument is only as valid as its premises. And premises are only as valid as their underlying assumptions. The Natural Philosophers of old, built beautiful arguments from clear premises and, to them, reasonable assumptions. Unfortunately they were mostly based on false premises disproven by latter observations.

On the other hand, principles observed, tested and applied, even in ancient times, are as valid now as they were then.
