This is precisely what I have told you many times Christians do NOT believe and yet you go on criticizing them for something you know is not true. You are like a clown parading on and on without any realization that you have gone off the route, are lost, and everyone is looking at you funny. I don't take this passage literally and I don't think it was written to be taken that way. However, in Jesus' name demons are still being cast out, the Catholic (which means universal) Church prays in every language, sin (represented by snakes and poison) is forgiven by God, and miracles of healing still occur today.
