I stopped 3 seasons ago, it all looked the same, just variations of the same theme. Even when I see a bit of a rerun it's just not fresh anymore. I can watch reruns of Modern Family over and over, but haven't seen a single new ep this season. It's just not funny anymore now that the kids are adults. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

I haven't watched Modern Family in a couple of years. I don't think it ever got "bad" (from where I watched up to), I just kind of got bored with it. I was in Vegas MLK weekend 2014 when they were filming the Vegas themed episode in Mandalay Bay. I got to see them film a blackjack scene close up. Julie Bowen seemed like she was on drugs. I see some re-runs occasionally, and there is usually some funny stuff in there, but I have never made a habit of watching it, either the new ones or the reruns. It really kind of stalled for a few years, where the storylines weren't moving forward. The one exception were Howard and Bernadette. Now they need a few more seasons to catch up.
What I'd like to see is Amy and Sheldon ten years from now, when their kid out-Sheldons Sheldon :) Donald Trump is a one-term LOSER |
