I think the person had something substantial on Hastert, like photos or written letters maybe.

Someone tried to blackmail David Letterman for his affair, but he just went public instead.

It has to be more than Cosby was paying, and more embarrassing? Might have been animals involved? Say it ain't so.

Let me see, what would I give 3 million to keep quiet, considering what everyone already knows?

Maybe they just want to slip the TPP in while everybody is distracted. A deluge of distractions,,,overload.

Yep, might have been animals. It's got to be some real "dog and pony" show.

IMO, and if I am wrong and no ones quotes me, I might delete it to help save his rep.

Same boat I had and lived on in several ports in Alaska. Thirty two ft. sports sedan. Twin Chryslers, all of 1.2 gallons per mile.
Sounds like an adventuresome lifestyle. Pay no rent, if you are handy with a .22 you bag a few wild salmon and a few bears to last you thru the Winter. In the summer there might be Hippie Chicks wandering around the remote hiking trails.

Some of the boats along the ICW that are "live aboards" couldn't travel a mile and are barely afloat but the rent is real cheap particularly if its so remote no one comes around to collect any.

I never shot salmon but I've shot halibut. A club is more efficient than firing one off, and safer.

All the old hippies ended up in Homer Alaska, and the people there now are second or tenth gen, hippie with mostly a good life if there isn't narcotics around being used.

Homer, if you look at hwy #1 ends up in Homer on the Homer spit, they call it the end of the road, and it is.

I boat camped or lived tied to the shore, mostly because I stayed on it in ports where I could get construction work and used it like a camper? I never did find a legal slip as far as effluent goes. It freezes hard enough there to get out and walk around the boat. Usually not much romantic about staying on it in the winter, I wasn't doing it because I was wealthy.

It was my poor boy way of having a sea going vessel.

We all have a story, so far... that was our lives.

That was supposed to be one of those "LOL" posts.

I know that salmon are caught in nets, with hooks or by river wheels and are not shot.

I know a bear when confronted by a .22 would be more likely to die laughing than from a bullet wound.

In the lower 48, Hippie Chicks still abound. In California, Oregon and Washington young females are addressed as "Sister" since it is a safe greeting until you know their status as regards communes and patriarchy. In rural areas, art fairs, music fairs, one ring circuses, etc. still exist (even though the Pickle Family Circus folded quite some years back). These are meeting grounds for hippies on the circuit by the seasons and the whims of their lifestyles. Peer into some of those RVs and you will find some men with small harems but mainly communes or collectives living the organic rice and tie dyed cotton lifestyle. They all have a few gigs such as youtube videos, RV park managers, solar panel sales and installation. The food and the tie dyed cottons never change. Small towns in California have Food coops, food stamp counseling, etc. Everytime I dropped in on that Commune just north of Seattle I recognized alot of the RVs and met quite a few new "hippies". Alot of the girls were traveling to some destination and didn't seem too particular about how long it would take before they arrived there. I think it was McClaren, Alaska that some were bound for, a village that used to have dozens of brothels but now has fewer than a dozen buildings, most of them homesteads or roadside restaurants. Lots were bound for Billings Montana (more writers than anywhere else in the USA) and just about any beat up vehicle had a copy of Visions of Cody in it.

Jessica Alba's company is now valued at 1 billion.

Quote:
The 34-year-old Sin City beauty co-founded the business, which sells non-toxic items including diapers, household cleaners and beauty products, in 2012 after previously suffering a bad reaction to chemicals used in a baby detergent while pregnant with her first child in 2008.

In just one year, it raked in USD 10 million in revenue.

If you offered me a million dollars,
I could not tell you who that is.
She's not that attractive, is she
an actress? A porn star? She looks
anorexic..

And I was gonna offer you a million dollars. Guess it's my lucky day.

I am often amazed at the disadvantage I find myself in, in conversations or crossword puzzles because I don't view this type of media?

My wife reads "smut" magazines and can tell me who some of these people are, but I like you Bob, don't recognize faces or even names of the last couple decades of pretty tv persona's.

The guy looks a little like Joaquin Phoenix? AFAIK it could be the cute little girl that is famous or maybe the baby is on a Gerber commercial?

The woman here is very pretty IMO, and thin but not anorexic. Most Alaska chicks have legs thicker than her waistline. No one hangs out at the beach in swimming suits. Seldom is skin exposed, in either winter, or bug season. Alaska chicks wear "Xtra tuffs".

Good to see someone that so many youth will follow is developing safe products.
