The bill had filibuster proof support in the Senate, it was popular.

The Squad didn't vote for it, which means they'll be pissed and likely less agreeable to Build Back Socialism concessions.
Manchin & Sinema are less likely to cave to the BBS bill because they have no pressure now that Infrastructure is done.
No new taxes as most of the money in the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill is re-direct of Covid $$.
I mean it is tough for me to find stuff I don't like beyond the usual pork in every bill.

Now BBS in some silly form gets passed in the House by Pelosi & dies in the Senate because Chuck will never get 50 votes.
We move to 2022 & everyone's appetite for adding more stimulus to the economy wanes & then the Dems get run out in November.

Waiting for NY Rifle & Pistol Associ. SCOTUS decision to come down and wipe out decades of Un-Constitutional Gun Control.
Another step forward towards Nationwide Concealed Carry.
If they invoke the "strict scrutiny standard" in this decision, it will be bigger than Heller in pushing back state gun restrictions.

Trying to circumvent this law is punishable by a fine of up to $1k, and up to a year in prison. The person who was having his vote illegally cast admits that it was an illegal act. He apologized. He is THE GOVERNOR of PENNSYLVANIA! Apparently, his wife was the one trying submit his vote. What are the odds he will have his state’s prosecutor try his wife? I wouldn’t be stunned if he pays the $1k. These people have no shame. LAWS DO NOT APPLY TO ME (and my wife).
