Looks like it was open season on antifa in that state.

Wonder what the bag limit was.

The Left continues to blame everything except the facts of the case.
It's the biased judge, it's the "fake" crying, it's the unlimited legal defense fund of Kyle R, etc.
Face the facts, everyone of the individuals shot was presenting a deadly threat to Kyle R. & got shot for their trouble.
You may not like why Kyle was in Kenosha that night (It wasn't smart in my opinion),
but making a bad decision to go to Kenosha & carrying an AR15, even if illegal, doesn't strip you of your right to self defense.

Lessons learned by the decedents and injured:

Chase an armed individual across a parking lot, corner them & try to grab their gun - get shot
Attempt to bash an armed individual in the head with your skateboard - get shot
Rush up on an armed individual with a pistol in hand & point it at them - get the bicept of your arm carrying the gun vaporized
It really isn't rocket science.

Good summary. With a case this weak there is no way this even goes to trial if it wasn't for the political overtones.

Out of all the silliness this trial has evoked, the fact that the prosecution did not know the LAW on whether the kid could have that gun or not is the most ridiculous thing in this trial. ReallY???? They charge him and LATER read the law to find out he was NOT breaking the law? Un freaking bleievable!

It was dimissed because 17 year olds are allowed to carry loaded rifles for hunting purposes.

Were it a short barreled rifle the charge would have stuck.

Looks like it was open season on antifa in that state.

It was dismissed because a 17 year old carrying a loaded rifle that isn't a SBR is legal in WI.
It was dismissed because he didn't break the law.
Those are the facts & the prosecution knew it so they had no grounds to object to the dismissal.

Definitely open season on Antifa that tells you they are going to kill you and then chase you across a parking lot to do so.
Kyle is retreating all the way across the parking lot while the child molester chases him.

Its open season when you swing a skateboard at someone's head, that is called use of deadly force.
Always a bad idea to bring a club to a gun fight.

It's open season when you approach a person with an un-holstered pistol and then point it at them as you lunge forward.
Why was his pistol un-holstered? If he wasn't going to shoot anyone as he claimed, don't draw your weapon.
He threatened Kyle with deadly force and is justifiably met with a bullet to the bicept.
If he had kept backing up, he wouldn't be called "Lefty" for the rest of his life.

The facts matter in this case despite that POS Binger lying about them all the way through his closing.
He has to present his case in closing because none of the witnesses said what he wanted them to say on the stand.
What a brilliant legal mind, LMAO

Too funny to hear Binger tell the jury don't even start with "a bullet is a bullet is a bullet" statement. "That is just ignorant"
So says the guy who stated in open court that hollow point bullets are designed to "explode" in the target.

One of the problems with the whole situation, is Kyle could have just as easily shot someone who thought he was acting like a hero because someone made them believe they were stopping a mass shooter. That is believing Kyle to be the mass shooter.

We do have people who will run towards danger to stop someone they think is doing something wrong. Just like that marine that just a couple weeks ago tackled a robber holding a gun coming into a store.
You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really?

I hope the kid gets off.

Compare his situation to what happened here in Portland.

Kyle didn't run and hide after he blew away the antifa scum.

The antifa guy who shot and killed a Trumpie here in Stumptown immediately went on the lamb and hid, trying to avoid capture.

Happy ending though: the marshalls tracked him out of state and then executed him.

Kyle felt no guilt; the antifa scum did.

So in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial, the underage possession of a firearm charge was dismissed by the Court because the prosecution failed to prove the barrel was short enough to fall into the restrictions.

It's quite likley there will be no guilty charges now.

POLITIFACT fact checking FAIL

In the above link, POLITIFACT is fact checking the following: "At 17 years old Kyle (Rittenhouse) was perfectly legal to be able to possess that rifle without parental supervision.”

The "POLITIFACT Truth-O-Meter" indicates: FALSE

POLITIFACT also says:"Since Rittenhouse is 17 years old, he would not qualify for a concealed carry permit in Illinois. It is against Wisconsin law for someone younger than 18 to possess “a dangerous weapon.”

So this is one of the "fact checking" websites that lefties here utilize to prove their information and disprove posts made by right leaning members here? LMAO

YEP, keep relying on POLITIFACT and Snopes. LOL LOL LOL
