Ding ding ding. All the inner-city violence that righties love to highlight is usually targeted. When some innocent bystander or a child or something gets hit, it makes the news. Even when they miss, they end up killing other dems, or some kid future dem. We just elected our Governor last week. She plans no changes to Cuomo's No Bail-No Jail law. Dems would rather watch their kids get shot dead on front of them, than have law and order. They prove it every election. Dem shot his baby momma in the head last week. Killing her as she was pushing her baby in a stroller. NYPD caught him two days later. Every headline read 'Held Without Bail'. In NYC, being held without bail is headline news. Not 'Kiler Captured'. |

Yeah, well most Repubs won't support mandatory gun training to purchase a gun, so they're all bad shots. You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really? |

Maybe not for buying. But, for carrying in public, you definitely should. Same reason you can buy a car without a license and keep it at your property. But, if you want to drive on public roads you better have a license (which involves some hours of training and tests, etc...) |

Because very few people know the penal law when it comes to justification for the use of physical force and justification for the use of deadly physical force. NY Penal Law Article 35 The acronym 'Dr Barks' is helpful to remember when DPF is justified. Defense Rape - Burglary (generally In Home) Arson Robbery Kidnap DPF must be reasonable, authorized and necessary. Necessary to prevent death or physical injury. |
