Seems Paris pulled some weight to get 2024 and LA said if they want it that bad they can have it.

I first heard Rush in my barber shop in 1990
and was hooked. The customers loved it but
a couple complained, so of course the barber
gave in to the wishes of 2% of his customers
and stopped playing it. I haven't listened in
years, I read the transcript of his show every
day. Much faster than listening.

I am mostly the same on reading it. My beef is you get maybe 35-40 minutes in a one-hour segment. When I was in sales or otherwise on the road I just tuned in. He went back on AM in my market which is hard to go back to listening to. They used to call them "Rush Rooms" where he was on.

He helped save AM radio for a generation and created a new kind of talk show. Nobody thought it would work when he started it. Liberals have tried to copy him, yet they after 30 years have never been able to do so.

being a smart ass is interesting, and it's
not. Rush also has a genius IQ which
doesn't hurt. He's funny and witty and

I thought it was interesting that Trump's offer to meet Kim Jong Un was met with disinterest by the latter. It is said that the regime needs to constantly portray that the US is evil and desires the destruction of North Korea in order to keep itself in power, so then it makes sense he was not interested in such peaceful feelers.
