I think some kind of response would be required from the USA for shooting a missile into US territory, even uninhabited territory. We might even pass a law that said it would be legal to aid in his assassination.

I have interacted with anarchists in Washington DC at different protests
They are probably closer to anarchists rather then liberal
The anarchists I interacted could not argue logically. Just repeated slogans with no thought rather then responding to a logical position.
