Liberals can cocoon themselves around just other liberals and liberal views. Conservatives cannot do this nearly as well. It is killing liberals right now that pretty much all Trump supporters just do not care when they race-bait or make other complaints. In other news, it is now 20 years ago that liberals sold their souls to defend Bill Clinton's sexual harassment. Now they cry about Trump's supposed harassment of women, but they have not a leg to stand on and have their outrage taken seriously. The President is a fink. |

Lewinsky was no surprise, we'd been hearing since before 92 about Bill's 'women'. And to this day, there are still Libs who have no idea those women even existed, the ones we heard about for years and years before he ever got to Lewinsky. If you take a risk, you may lose. It always amazed me that just 4 years before, the leading Democrat had to leave the race because he was caught fooling around with a woman not his wife. With Bill Clinton, his wife goes on TV to defend him. Women looked up to her and he won the nomination in a walk after the only real competitor dropped out. The President is a fink. |

The two sens who made the joint statement denying it happened, cotton and someone, retracted it today. Perhaps they didn't want to be known as lying. Good on them. Edit. Nope. They changed from saying they "didn't recall" what got said to saying it never happened and Sen durbin is a liar. Crikey. Trump has now lost al credibility arguing for merit based immigration. The press was not at the meeting but there was no expectation of secrecy. If he didn't know that his words would be reported, he should have. At some point speaking with no filter just becomes running off at the mouth. The mind hungers for that on which it feeds. |

So one is saying it happened, two are saying it didn't, Trump is saying it didn't, and another is saying 'no comment' on what he heard. Are they playing the game of 'telephone'? This whole thing would be thrown out of court immediately. One thing for sure, nobody will ever talk to Durbin off the record again. Nobody likes a tattletale or a liar, and he's one or the other. Two sens are saying it happened. Lindsay Graham (R-SC) agreed it did. And Durbin wasnt the original reporter. Some staffer told WSJ, and Durbin was approached for verification, which he gave. But they never want to miss the opportunity to trash a guy telling the truth. So stories changed and attacks started.
