We didn't have giant toy stores when I was a kid. If a store had any toys at all, it was one aisle or even one small section of shelves. Pretty soon kids will be walking uphill in the snow again like the old days. Half my toys came from a Cracker Jack box. You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? There are 119 GOP seats in the House that went for Trump in 2016 with a SMALLER margin than the seat that flipped last night. Of course this is horrible news for the Dems. ;) “A straight man will not go for kids.” - AZDuffman |

We had the Sears and Wards and Spiegel Xmas toy catalogs, that's the only place there was to see toys. The hours we spent with those catalogs in the 50's..    If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

That is one of the key facts that trump supporters are trying to minimize. One thing about this apparent victory, though, is the "democrat" elected is significantly more conservative than the majority of the party. That's fine by me, by the way. That and he won by less than the margin of the Libertarian in the race. Liberals are talking like all the Trump supporters are angry and have flipped. They have not done so. So many of these "big wins" are not really big. One they barely beat a guy in a last minute sex scandal. Another a barely win in a Blue State. PA was local, not any kind of Trump hate. The President is a fink. |
