Well, you could try looking up the reasons that Rasmussen has been labeled as "skews conservative" from some website that isn't Rasmussen.

Landlines "favor" conservatives because proportionally more conservatives have landlines vs the proportion of conservatives in the general population.

I don't know what effect the online polling has on their bias, but the large more diverse chunk of the population they are missing are cellphone-only. An online poll is not a drop-in substitute.

Regardless of the reason, history has shown that Rasmussen leans, skews, or is biased towards the right/conservatives/republicans.

Cathay is a great airline but they need autocorrect in their paint shop.

Historically the answer is the same reason they claim bias at FNC. If a site or poll is not skewed liberal it is somehow biased.

I would need both a cite and reason to believe this. Also a cite that other pollsters are not also calling landlines.

I guess if accuracy = "bias."

You have to go with track record. If
a poll has a history of getting it
right, why would you not believe
them now.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

To educate yourself about poll methodologies of various agencies, go to their website and maybe click on something like "about"
Reuters, for example, does no phone polling.

Yeah well, you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink.

I've argued with petro that our government operates nothing like Putin's, executing cititzens as enemies of the state, but yes if you did need a workable conspiracy theory, sure you could use our system as it is to compromise someone if you really wanted to.

like this could be a setup for instance.
