So, how many minutes does the President have if a barrage of sub launched missiles are fired off the coast of the U.S. into the mainland to do all these steps and launch a counterstrike?

This happening would be part of a larger movement and escalation of events. Despite liberals thinking a Trump would start a nuclear war because he was bored, or to make way for a new Trump property in Moscow, events do not follow like that. This is the real world, not a comedy sketch where the POTUS hits the button and starts a war by mistake because he was trying to buzz his secretary.

Dedicated liberal areas tend not to care if their elected guy is in trouble with the law. Remember Marion Barry getting caught smoking crack on video and when he ran again won in a landslide?

Dedicated conservative areas are the same. Remember when Donald J. Trump was caught on tape admitting he can get away with sexually assaulting women because he’s famous? He still was able to win all the rural/conservative strongholds.

Look it up, they can get it done in
minutes. But it's never ever just the
presidents call.

Kavanaugh is toast, he got Borked. Dump
him for a totally conservative woman, and
she'll fly thru the process. Kavanaugh
should have known better. He was
frequently 'incoherently drunk' at Yale?
I've never been that drunk in my life,
but I owned a bar and don't trust
people who let themselves get that
inebriated. It's a poor judgement call
on their part.
