Are they? I think the justice system , although not perfect, tries to find a balance Sure people assume the worst of men but a lot of that is just the way people think Its always been like that. Look at Fatty Arbuckle, early 1900's and people thought the worst I totally support the metoo movement Its about the truth. I will always support the truth where ever it takes me regardless of politics I have a young nephew, 28, that I am very close too I am not scared for him regarding this subject. I don't even think about it. How can it be scary when it does not enter my mind regarding my young adult nephew. Sometimes we live no particular way but our own - Grateful Dead "Eyes of the World" |

I think that comment says more about your mind than it says about Trump's comment. I have numerous examples among my family and friends where false accusations were made to the authorities in order to get custody of kids or get a partner kicked out of a house. Sometimes the house actually belonged to the man. I have tried to educate my grandson on the dangers that exist for him now. I try to avoid being alone in a room with either kids or a female. I'm rather apolitical, A friend of mine was getting a divorce, and it was his wifes dad who informed him, that neither of their two children were in any way his. He wasn't afraid either. But the court still forced him [he would of anyway] to pay support until adulthood. Reality reveals itself cold dark and hard sometimes. Why should you be afraid unless it will be you making the payments until he is about your age? The last official act of any government is to loot the treasury. GW |
