But the court still forced him [he would of anyway] to pay support until adulthood.

I know a guy that happened to. He proved
the kid wasn't his, that his wife was already
knocked up by another guy when they
got married. And he still paid support
for 14 years till the kid was 18. It was
actually beyond 18 because the kid
went to college and lived at home.

Women are not about truth, they're
about getting what they want any
way possible.

Family court in the USA is so anti-male it is incredible. Makes me glad I never wanted to have kids. Seen guys get picked clean.

I think that CBS and Yahoo should update their news, their headlines today would read:

Nike's Market Value DECLINES By $290 Million After Controversial Kaepernick Ad

Its still the darling of Wall St
63 to 84 over the last year.
That's really superstar performance for an established company.
Maybe the performance is too good and the recent slide is a correction
What will be telling is how they do with the coming Christmas season
I think its kind of funny how obsessed conservatives are with Nike's performance
Take conservative Chick-a-Fil. I have no idea how their stock is performing nor do I care.

When men get custody of their children in the same ratio as women, I may agree with you.

Doesn't that sort of reinforce the point?

I'm rather apolitical,

A friend of mine was getting a divorce, and it was his wifes dad who informed him, that neither of their two children were in any way his. He wasn't afraid either. But the court still forced him [he would of anyway] to pay support until adulthood. Reality reveals itself cold dark and hard sometimes. Why should you be afraid unless it will be you making the payments until he is about your age?

Family court is always tough
I know its a big issue to you
Sure its not a perfect system

What do you propose to fix the system?

I have tried to educate my grandson on the dangers that exist for him now. I try to avoid being alone in a room with either kids or a female.

Sure there are dangers out there
Its all about common sense.
Being alone with a female or kids is not a situation I avoid. Especially with a female :-). I certainly don't seek to be alone with children and am really never in that position anyway.
Its always been like this, it will always be like this

Not perfect, are you joking? It's
a farce, the women completely
dominate the family court system.
If something like what happened
to the guy I knew had happened
to me, I swear I would have started
another life somewhere else just
to get out of paying.

I knew the woman, she thought it
was funny that the guy she tricked
into marrying her had to pay her
thousands a year for a kid that
wasn't his. Women are snakes..

It wasn't always like this. I coached kids sports for years and wouldn't do it now. A coach is not allowed in a dressing room (no nudity involved) unless there is a 2nd adult present because of all the (mostly bullshit) claims. A kid gets pissed at the coach and they know they have the power to ruin his life.

I hope you don't have to learn the hard way about what can happen if you piss off the wrong girl.

IDK, T. I do know I give it my best shot. I was lucky enough to have great parents, and my kids have all told me "thanks".

One thing I did do with my kids, is move them out of town, and limit their access to a large selection of playmates, so they had to play with each other. That part worked pretty well.

I do believe, the father should be named on the birth cert, [if he isn't]. Unknown isn't a good enough answer. Some financial obligation belongs to him, and he has a right to know.

You have any fixes?

I am not obsessed but I am interested in Nike's performance. I do have financial interest in Nike since I did purchase their stock about a year ago for a price a little north of $50 a share. While I do not agree with their ad campaign, I do want the company to succeed.

Growing up, these were the good guys not to be questioned.
Kids were not being protected. Its pretty horrible
Maybe the scales have tipped to far too protecting kids
but
The scales need to lean towards protecting children
