Obviously they didn't care about the condition of the house, just that it had 750 square feet more space than the other home which sold for $95,000 less.
320 Day St, San Francisco, CA 94131 - 2,158 sqft Sold: $1,970,000
345 Day St, San Francisco, CA 94131 - 1,400 sqft Sold: $1,875,000 on 12/03/21

One of the reasons my sister moved out of her last house because the developer was squeezing as many homes into the properties around her as he could.

That photo is from the 1930's, and it is about 300 yards from the Cathedral of St. John the Diviine and roughly 700 yards outside of Harlem. It is at 221 W 109th St, New York, NY 10025.

The Cathedral of St. John the Diviine, was meant to house the Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of New York . The original design, in the Byzantine Revival and Romanesque Revival styles, began construction in 1892. After the opening of the crossing in 1909, the overall plan was changed to a Gothic Revival design .

The Great Migration, was the movement of six million African Americans out of the rural Southern United States to the urban Northeast, Midwest, and West starting in 1910. Construction on the Cathedral continued until WWII, but it never reached 50% completion.

I think the fact that one owns their own boathouse just goes to show they have succeeded in life.

A home listed for $297,000 in Marietta, Pennsylvania, has a door that leads to a rock cave.

Century 21 listing agent Natalia Latsios told Insider that she brushed off the cave when she first heard about the 2,178-square-foot home. Then, she said she saw it for herself.

Latsios said the cave already existed when the seller purchased the property. "It used to connect to tunnels that ran under the town," she said.

So, there may be tunnels behind the wall somewhere??
