Vicious TV series

I watched the second season of this show, and I also rewatched the six Chorus scenes from Henry V with Derek Jacobi. Incidentally it is the 600th anniversary of the Battle of Agincourt, so Henry V is popular this year.

I was thinking about actors who have stretched their careers so far against stereotypes. They also seem to really enjoy playing the stereotype as well.

It's like Morgan Freeman playing Fast Black in Street Smart or Hoke Colburn in Driving Miss Daisy. He loved playing "Fast Black". He talks about it with more affection than his role as President Tim Beck in Deep Impact.
