Bill Cosby, What the Frick?

TODAY..... Preliminary hearing in Philadelphia. Cosby in attendance. Accuser in attendance.

Running Total. 58 accusers. Number reliable: Unknown.

Cosby apparently admitted that one modeling agency sent him teenage girls weekly.

Jimmy Savile was probably innocent of any wrongdoing. All the accusations were a posthumous witchhunt.
Rolf Harris was certainly innocent.
All those execs at the BBC were probably innocent.
All those Cops Covering Up were probably innocent.

So now we come to something closer to home ... its still the outgrowth of journalism and investigations run amuck but lead by lawyers making a bundle and going after deep pockets with women who see stars and dollar signs in their eyes.

So as to Cosby, I'll still wait and see. I want evidence, not pop psychology babble about the victim is always right.

NO FOKS.... its not Cosby its Crosby of Crosby Stills Young and Nash.

He was driving at a legal speed into the sun and some Hispanic and his son were jogging IN the roadway, his car struck a glancing blow. he stopped immediately. The only witnesses were the CHP who are trained and experienced in assessing intoxication. No one qualified to express an opinion even suspected the Crosby was impaired or might have been impaired. He stayed at the scene and immediately telephoned for help (no indication of impairment in the call, none in later discussions with the police).
YET HE SETTLED THE CASE BECAUSE JURIES ARE CRAP SHOOTS AND HE HAS DEEP POCKETS SO HIS LAWYERS TOLD HIM 'SETTLE OR RISK MILLIONS OF ADDITIONAL DOLLARS ON A ROLL OF THE DICE'. HE SETTLED.

So don't tell me that any prior settlement by Cosby was because he was guilty, it was because he was rich and therefore at great risk from money hungry plaintiffs and money hungry lawyers.

So just what you all see as a witch hunt, here are some additional facts.

Jimmy Savile's accusers numbered almost a thousand...ALL of them lying.
Rolf Harris was found guilty of brushing his hand against a little girl at a park concert despite there being NO evidence any such concert ever took place. No flyers, no ads, no fees paid, no one remembers it and one wonders how if there were autographs being signed other parents and autograph seekers did not see the incident. Hundreds of police assigned to finding evidence that such a concert took place, none of them were able to find anything at all, but a jury decided it did happen. Now, you know what a craps shoot is.

Several middle aged men lost careers at the BBC... all on false allegations of a cover up that never took place. Lawyers get rich, accusers get rich, judges and prosecutors make history... and 84 year old men with health problems rot in dank cells as they are blackmailed by more youthful and violent cons.

Cosby? That is why I still say: Let us look at the evidence. Harris is going to die a pauper unwelcome in the UK or in Australia simply because he believed being innocent was a sufficient defense.

Considering he could not see due to the sun in his eyes, he was speeding. If he could see, he was not speeding.

Considering the age of the average CHP patrol officer and the age of Crosby....I don't think the CHP woulld have considered him to be a celebrity or even suspected that he was.

Cosby loses in Court.

Case will not be dismissed due to earlier prosecutor's deal.

His Accuser will not be forced to testify before trial despite well known tactic of false accuser's 'vague' recollections getting suddenly specific at the trial date, allowing no real defense preparation or counter arguments as to dates and times.

Rolf Harris supposedly caught with large stash of porn magazines in his cell, but its purely rumor based on 'a source within HMP Stafford' such source probably being imaginary since revealing activities within a prison is a criminal act.

Shortly after his recent defeat in court, Cosby has switched to QUES, a high profile aggressive law firm to protect his assets and keep him out of prison.
