Bill Cosby, What the Frick?

Small group of radical feminists invade Trustee Meeting at Temple University demanding 24/7 rape crisis center, ouster of prominent attorney as trustee due to his having represented Cosby in the early stages of his 2005 rape-related proceedings and the deletion of the trustees name from O'Conner Square.

A rape crisis center was previously recommended by a campus committee but I don't know if it was a 24/7 facility that was to be proposed.

The Comedian who is attributed with igniting the cascade that has lead to all the indictments and accusations in the press was booted off the stage, his microphone being cut five minutes into his performance.

He is noted for a certain style of communication and a certain range of topics. So if Loyola did not want that why did they hire him???

Immediately before the show began he received an email discussing several restrictions.
He chose to share that email with his audience and made a comment that I shall refer to as "Beach-Ass Old People".
He then said " Y'all Fxxx kids don't ya"

At that point his electronic e-mail-display equipment and microphone were cut off and security guards forced him from the stage.

With jury selection scheduled to commence just after April Fool's Day, the defense team has suddenly discovered that the Judge's wife is a rape counselor at the university and have filed a Recusal motion to delay the trial and probably give them another bite of the apple at re-hearing all those pretrial motions about how many of the nineteen accusers can testify at trial (currently its set at five).

Delay is good. Illness, death and dementia are ways to defeat both criminal and civil proceedings. Death may not be what Bill Cosby hopes for but it just might be what his lawyers hope for.

I imagine that most of his valid accusers hope for his death too and probably some women are out there who have made no formal accusations, for a variety of reasons, but were drugged and attacked. I still want to see a trial in this rather than a series of tabloid-like headlines but it seems that may not be happening.

Rumors floating around that Cosby's long term lover, pimp and chief fixer will testify against him at the second trial.
Seems strange. If she didn't testify at the first one why would she do so at the second trial?

Trial seems to have re-started without fanfare.
Was there a decision on the recusal motion????
