I just got the transcript - I am trying to determine through the ethics committee if I can post it (since it was "on the record" in "open court", I should be able too but want to be sure

That may not be possible in a small jurisdiction.
How big is the courthouse Ace? Tons of lawyers in that town or just a few?

Tons of lawyers in that town or just a few? In NY it goes by county, not town. And this is the State trial court - not a town or county court. There are 6 Judges just for divorces.
