I agree: dead malls, not trendy Yuppie rents and Yuppie parking. Or else "Mexican Malls" which are occupied malls but more of a "major, family outing" than quick shopping trip. An all day series of events for the wife and kids while hubby visits the Tool Shop. |

And so many dead malls that need a transformation. I think I have heard of the MM thing, never seen one. But then yeah. Fill in the dead malls with things like TechShop. Things like these magnets stimulate a part of my brain that's under-used. Hard to explain. But love the uniform size and shape in micro, forming complex macro items in 3D.
