I have to disagree. The victims are the families and loved ones of the drug abuser. And the innocent people they kill with cars while driving. How many parents and grandparents have had bank accounts emptied by drug addict family members. I've said before, we tried all drugs being legal before, prior to 1906. It was a disaster. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
