I have been smoking cigarettes for around 30 years but have never tried marijuana.

At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent.

Changing my lifestyle to live longer
I'm 67
Cutting down on red meat
Drinking water only
No processed food
No deli meats
No sugar
Brown rice
Cutting down on bakery items
Fish or chicken
More plant based food
My breakfast is 5 min plain oats with blueberries and a banana
Ect ect ect
