Domestics are probably one of the biggest and it will always be the same home. On "COPS" sometimes you hear they say they are regulars. The women have made themselves helpless. They ask for a restraining order in the morning and want it canceled the next afternoon. They cannot otherwise survive. Half the time they look as if they are insane nuts. They guys don't fear being taken away after the first few calls. Their attitude is "have my hot dinner ready when I get out." It keeps up as long as the cops keep just taking half measures.
