The shooter had to use a HOME MADE GUN since it's nearly impossible for a private citizen to get a gun in Japan; gun violence is exceedingly rare. Dunno the statistics on the use of Samurai swords however... |

I only know him as Kelly Bundy's acting teacher on Married With Children. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent. |
