Why would you think racism has anything to do with skin color. You think if African-Americans did not have dark skin things would be different? They make up 12% of the population yet 37% of the prison and jail system in the United states is African-American. This has everything to do with the fact that your average African-American has an IQ of 85. This is not racist to say this, it's an undeniable fact. Prison is full of really low IQ people who only see committing crimes as the way to go through life. It's that way all over the world it has nothing to do with skin color in any country. There are some smart people that end up in jail but it's a very small percentage compared to those with the double digit IQ who are there.
