It's time to dust off the ole magic 8-ball and make your 2015 deadpool picks. This year, I thought we would mix a little strategy into the tragedy, so here are some rules:

1) Pick 10 individuals notable enough to get an obituary by the AP if they pass away between 12:00 am January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. (The time is local to the individual in question).

2) Rank your list from 1 - 10. You will receive that number of points if they pass (e.g., rank #1 will receive one point, rank #10 ten points).

3) Subtract their age at passing from 100 to determine bonus/penalty points. For example if a selection is 99 when they pass away, you will get one bonus point. If they are 101, you will get a one point penalty.

PM me your list before midnight on December 31st. I will compile the lists and post them here early in the new year.

Kirk Douglas, Zsa Zsa, Doris Day, Christopher Lee are
all in the 90's. So are all these living actors. Pick one.

I just heard that Cesar Milan, "The Dog Whisperer" was dead from a heart attack. Fortunately, it turned out to only be a rumour.

Speaking of elderly.I caught part of this interview today, and hard to believe Fonda is 3 years from 80 now.

And she still defends going to Hanoi. I saw
her once, in Santa Barbara in 1980. I was on
the curb and she was 20' away in a red convertible,
stopped at a light. She was very tiny and had on
huge round sunglasses. I almost yelled out "Hey
Hanoi Jane!" but you seldom have the guts to
do the things you dream about doing.

She is still eligible for bonus points!

You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really?

No, but based on the lists above, the cast of the Mary Tyler Moore Show, and anyone who marched with MLK needs to mind the gap.
