26 March 2005 was the pilot of the new Doctor Who. In a strange world BBC is celebrating both the 50th anniversary of Doctor Who and the 10th anniversay of Doctor Who.

Given the nature of the show, somehow it is fitting that they are celebrating the 10th and 50th anniversaries simultaneously.

That video was twice as long as it needed to be. Too many repeated clips.

Of all of the "new" doctors, David Tennant is my favorite. Christopher Eccleson I thought was also very good, and I was disappointed that he left after one year.

Tom Baker was my favorite "old" doctor, but I find the original series to be a lot less enjoyable than I remember it being when I watched them when I was younger.

I think David Tennant was the most popular.

He had a couple of lines in Harry Potter movie, but his role as the young Casanova is what got him the Doctor Who role.
