They all seem to be feature length films except for "The Man in the High Castle". Strangely IMDB is not giving Philip K Dick credit for the new TV series, 2015 The Man in the High Castle (TV Series) (novel "The Man in The High Castle" ) - Pilot (2015) .(15 Jan. 2015) 2013 The Pipers (Short) 2013 The Crystal Crypt (Short) (short story) 2012 Blade Runner 60: Director's Cut (Short) (story) 2011 Beyond the Door (Short) (short story) 2011 The Adjustment Bureau (short story "Adjustment Team") 2010 Radio Free Albemuth (novel "Radio Free Albemuth") 2009 Screamers: The Hunting (Video) (inspired by the short story "Second Variety" by) 2007 Next (novel story "The Golden Man" - as Phillip K. Dick) 2006 A Scanner Darkly (novel "A Scanner Darkly") 2003 Paycheck (short story) 2003 Naechureol Siti (novel "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?" - uncredited) South Korea 2002 Minority Report (short story) 2001 Impostor (short story "The Impostor") 1995 Screamers (short story "Second Variety") 1993 Drug-Taking and the Arts (Documentary) (novel "A Scanner Darkly") 1992 Barjo (novel) 1990 Total Recall (short story "We Can Remember It For You Wholesale" - as Phillip K. Dick, inspiration) 1987 Morning Patrol (excerpt) 1982 Blade Runner (novel "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?") |

Couple that with bad acting and it's a dud. They blew the budget in CG, not a good move. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

You know, I never liked Blade Runner. I tried reading the book, and I found it even worse than the movie. That was my break with Dick, until I accidentally saw Screamers. Not bad, nice ambience, but ultimately pointless. I had high hopes for Minority Report, but, again, it missed the mark widely. I mean, the basic premise presents two philosophical issues: 1) preemptive punishment without trial and 2) enslaving an individual for "the common good." But these are presented as plot devices for what is, essentially, a generic Tom Cruise Action Movie (pat. pend.) Curiously a Futurama satire of this movie managed to lay the second issue out more explicitly and with a resolution. Donald Trump is a one-term LOSER |

Minority Report outright bombed, ranking as the night’s lowest-rated show on a major broadcast network in the demo despite being a heavily promoted premiere. Steven Spielberg's live action TV shows are not very reliable. The ranking by Indie Wire (up to 2014) heavily favors animated shows (5 of top 10). 18) "Falling Skies" (2011-2014) 17) "Under the Dome" (2013-2014) 16) "Into the West" (2005) 15) "The River" (2012) 14) "SeaQuest DSV/2023" (1993-1995) 13) "Smash" (2012-2013) 12) "Extant" 11) "Terra Nova" (2011) 10) "Fievel’s American Tails" (1992) 9) "United States of Tara" (2009-2011) 8) "Freakazoid" (1995-1997) 7) "Taken" (2002) 6) "Tiny Toon Adventures" (1990-1992) 5) "Amazing Stories" (1985-1987) 4) The Pacific (2010) 3) Pinky and the Brain (1995-1998) 2) Animaniacs (1993-1998) 1) Band of Brothers (2001) The naked woman trick worked, as Blindspot had over 10 million viewers. |

If Smash has begun with the second season rather than the first, and taken the story slower, it'd still be on now. Donald Trump is a one-term LOSER |
