Korea's Inchon airport is surprisingly high.

It was pleasant to see Amsterdam on the list even though I believe the King just renounced the cradle to grave socialist state for a participatory economy wherein the local community and the individuals share the burden of health care, elderly care, unemployment, etc.

I don't book through ICN a lot. Its so far north and a lot of my clients are visiting SE Asia
AMS I book a ton
Its a destination and any skyteam member (Delta alliance) going to Europe almost always connects through AMS

All the international airports I book a lot to/from/through except CUN MEX YVR, especially CUN and YVR. Seems none of my clients go to YVR and I rarely set up a connection through YVR. The few times I book CUN, its generally somebody that is doing business in SLP or GDL and then spends the weekend in CUN before going home. But even that's kind of rare, most of my clients want to leave Mexico as soon as business is over because they have to take so many trips to SLP and GDL over and over back and forth, my biggest Mexico destinations.

Looking at Toronto's website they say there are an average of 234 daily departures to the USA, but 20% of them go to NYC with Laguardia (355 miles) and Chicago Ohare (436 miles) the busiest destinations.
I suspect that only a few people are connecting to Europe, and besides local business, there are a lot of shoppers who might find Toronto a convenient destination with prices lower than NYC or chicago.

That's a bit like booking through Miami for people traveling to Houston.

There are such nice boutique hotels in Guadalajara, that it's a shame to go all the way to ultra expensive Cancun for a vacation

"I'm/We're only going to sleep there." The hotel credo of at least 90% of the vacationing public.

Besides, there's little to see in Guadalajara beyond very ugly "colonial" architecture, and not really much of it. Near Cancun there are Maya ruins.

They do have clothing optional resorts in Cancun (probably full of middle aged people), but I don't know about gauntlets of naked women
