At the start of this election, I never figured that Hillary would win a state that Obama lost. Obama won by the narrowest margins in Ohio, Florida, and Virginia which adds up to 60 electoral collage votes. Had Obama lost all three he would have had 272 EV votes, 2 more than the 270 he needed to win the election. Tim Kaine was chosen primarily because he would bring strength to VA (United States Senator from Virginia) and FL (fluent gringo Spanish). LBJ only lost six states with the 1964 electoral college votes adding up to 52 12 Georgia 10 Alabama 10 Louisiana 8 South Carolina 7 Mississippi 5 Arizona 52 Trump is almost certain to win the following 9 states with 49 EC votes, no matter what kind of video or audio tape appears in the last week Alabama (9) Kentucky (8) Oklahoma (7) Arkansas (6) West Virginia (5) Idaho (4) Nebraska (4) North Dakota (3) Wyoming (3) |
