I disagree but we will see. I think he wants it but is hoping to get a better price now that the market is tanking and he lost almost $40 billion in his Tesla stock. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent. |

He probably lost a lot more then 40 billion A lot lot more He was into crypto big time I'm thrilled I got out of crypto It's kind of absurd because everybody was into crypto to MAKE money, not really store money I'm thrilled I got out with a 25% profit but due to ridiculous fees, 20% profit Sometimes we live no particular way but our own - Grateful Dead "Eyes of the World" |

Pretty much confirms what we already knew. Of course, Twitter and the rest have no “duty” to allow any speech; they are not part of the government and they can do what they want. If Elon takes them private, he can also do what he wants. |

The “duty” thing gets murky if you are considered a common carrier. If so then you do have it. The President is a fink. |
