But...do I search Tanko's post history for what I know almost has to be there?

Nah. I'm good. You can have this one.

Democrats Worry About ‘Old, Slowing Down,’ and ‘Feeble’ Joe Biden

Democrats remain concerned about President Joe Biden’s ability to win reelection, as voters reportedly perceive him as “old, slowing down,” and “feeble.”

A majority of Democrats are “concerned” about Biden’s ability to perform his job, given the fact he is 80 years old, recent polling shows. In addition, a strong majority of Americans believe Biden is too old for another term as president and hold concerns about his “health and mental acuity.”

The Redfield & Wilton Strategies poll was conducted for Newsweek.

I'm just going to assume, at this same moment in the 7th year of the Trump administration, the US would look like Gaza. And no one can prove otherwise!

Okay, I am confused.

When Feinstein died, the GOP was so happy because the judiciary committee was tied 9-9 and it would take republicans help to confirm Biden’s judges out of committee.

I assumed the Dems would not be able to appoint someone to Feinstein’s seat on the committee without changing the rules?? Feinstein tried to step down when she was alive and she couldn’t because of this.

Fast forward to my surprise when reading this article just now:

https://www.cnn.com/2023/10/18/politics/laphonza-butler-senate-judiciary-committee/index.html

Quote:
Since Feinstein’s passing, the committee has been at a 9-9 deadlock between Democrats and Republicans, but with the addition of Butler, the one-member majority will enable them to give a thumbs-up to Biden’s judicial nominees without the help of Republicans on the panel. Those nominees will still need to garner 51 votes in the full Senate to secure confirmation.

Tax cuts to the rich aren't shameless vote buying and have an effect of inflation?
