If I was taking a video in public and someone in the public square asked me not to include them (blur them out in post processing) I would do it if I remembered.
Do I care why. Not really? If I forget, and leave it in, I leave it in. That's about the extent of it afasic.

Unless I'm doing an expose' of a particular person, no big deal if you can't see their face.

edit, don't know if they were communists, but it's clear they feel some sort of privilege normally, Or something.

they were elite something or other, I'm guessing.
